At Catch The sea FOOD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We maintain strict quality standards to ensure you receive fresh, authentic, and safe products. However, in rare cases where there's an issue, we offer a simple and fair Return & Replacement Policy:
✅ Applicable Conditions:- If your delivered item is damaged, expired, or incorrect, please report it within 30 mins of delivery.
- You must provide photo/video proof via WhatsApp or Messenger at the time of delivery or shortly after.
- Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Once accepted by the customer, products are considered final due to the perishable nature of certain food items.
